VoiceAI provides AI-powered voice handling for inbound calls. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the data controller for this website is VoiceAI.

What data we collect
Website visitors: if you accept analytics cookies, we collect aggregated, pseudonymised usage data (such as pages viewed and approximate region). If you submit a demo request or contact form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, email and phone number.
We do not sell your personal data.
How we use your data
To respond to demo requests and enquiries, to operate and improve this website, and to comply with our legal obligations.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We process data on the basis of your consent (analytics cookies and marketing contact), our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (for example, arranging a demo).
Data retention
We keep enquiry and contact data only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
